What it does

One roster. Keep crew and musicians in one searchable roster, with positions and gig history.
Staff by position. Add the seats a show needs, invite people, and send invitations together. Track pending, accepted and declined responses in Mailbox.
Saved call lists. Save a primary-plus-backup lineup for the shows you repeat, on plans that include call lists.
Availability. See who's free on a crew calendar and send availability requests, where your plan and organization include them. An availability answer isn't a commitment; the accepted invitation or offer is.
Crew offers and open shifts. Post open work to crew and track responses, where crew offers are turned on.
Conflict warnings. See recorded overlaps before you send, so a scheduler can decide.
Call times and the plan. Crew see the venue, load-in and access details, schedule, notes and run of show for each gig.
Pay. Pay accepted crew per gig from Finances, and record cash on the same ledger.

On the crew's phone

The iOS and Android apps let crew answer invitations, crew offers and availability checks, set their availability hours, check call times and run of show, and get push notifications when a gig changes. Recently viewed gigs stay readable offline.

FAQ

Does Soundcheck prevent double booking?

It shows conflict warnings for recorded overlaps so a scheduler can review them. It doesn't hard-block every booking, so confirm with the person.

Is an availability answer a confirmed booking?

No. A person who says they're free still needs to accept the actual invitation or offer.

Can I import my crew list?

Yes. Import people and other records from CSV. See Migrate to Soundcheck.
