Live event quoting software for businesses that sell live events
Soundcheck is live event quoting software for production companies, AV crews and entertainment agencies. You list what you sell once, let buyers request a quote from a public storefront, and every request lands in your lead pipeline with a draft quote attached.

How quoting works in Soundcheck
- Offerings catalog. List the services and packages you sell with your rates. Rates are never shown to buyers.
- Invoice templates. Bundle offerings into reusable templates with line items, quantity and rate overrides, and an optional deposit percentage, showing deposit due and balance on show day.
- Public storefront. Buyers pick what they need, answer a few questions, see a live estimated range (not a final price), and request a quote. No login needed.
- Quotes in your pipeline. Each request creates a lead. When the buyer picked priced items, the lead gets a draft quote with line items, assumptions and the buyer's answers. Quotes move through Draft, Sent, Accepted and Declined.
- From quote to show. Convert the lead and run the gig: staffing, venue details, run of show, closeout and payouts.
Offerings and the storefront are in early access and roll out by organization.
Quote with an AI agent through Soundcheck's MCP
Soundcheck has an MCP server that AI assistants can connect to. On the member server (https://mcp.soundchecklive.io/mcp, sign-in required), an assistant acts as your signed-in account, with your permissions. For example, an agent can:
- add a new inquiry with
create_lead - add a service to your catalog with
create_offering
Consequential actions are confirmation-gated. A separate public server (https://mcp.soundchecklive.io/public/mcp) has quote_event, which returns an illustrative estimate range from a synthetic pricing catalog. It is not a real quote. Setup: MCP docs.
Who it's for
Production companies, AV crews and entertainment agencies that quote services: crews, packages, production days. Tour managers and roster-based crews come second.
Who it's not for
Rental shops that need line-item equipment availability and barcode-driven quotes.
