The advance packet
Export an advance packet PDF from the gig's export hub, alongside the day sheet, run of show, crew list and schedule. The settlement section appears only for people who can see finances.
With an AI agent through Soundcheck's MCP
On Soundcheck's member MCP server (https://mcp.soundchecklive.io/mcp, sign-in required), an assistant acting as your account can pull the day's plan with get_event_schedule, check crew availability with send_availability_request, and draft open work with create_crew_offer. Sending requests is confirmation-gated. Setup: MCP docs.
Who it's for
Production companies, AV crews and agencies supplying crew and production to festivals. Tour managers and roster-based crews come second.
Who it's not for
Festival organizers who need ticketing, accreditation, artist hospitality or wristband access control.
FAQ
Can I advance a multi-day festival?
Yes. Multi-day gigs show the run of show one day at a time, and the PDF groups it by day.
Who sees the money in the advance packet?
Only people with finance access see the settlement section.
Can crew read the advance on their phones?
Crew can read the gig's schedule, run of show and venue details in the iOS and Android apps. The advance packet itself is a PDF export.
