Call sheet software for live events

Soundcheck is call sheet software for production companies, AV crews and entertainment agencies running live events. Call times, the day's schedule, venue access details and the run of show live on the gig, so the day sheet and crew schedule always come from the same plan.

What goes on the sheet

  • Call times and schedule. Load-in, crew call, soundcheck, doors, show and strike times on the gig's schedule or run of show.
  • Venue and access. Load-in, load-out, dock, elevator, parking and access details from the venue record, with per-show overrides.
  • Crew. Who is staffed in each position, with crew list and schedule exports.
  • Run of show. Sections and cues, including multi-day gigs.

Export and share

The gig's export hub downloads a day sheet (PDF), run of show (PDF), advance packet (PDF), crew list (PDF or CSV) and schedule (PDF or CSV). Edit the gig and export again to pick up changes. On mobile, crew read the schedule and run of show in the iOS and Android apps, get push notifications when a gig changes, and keep recently viewed gigs readable offline.

Built for live events, not film

Soundcheck's sheets are organized around gigs, venues, load-in and show times, not shooting days, scenes or call-sheet distribution lists.

With an AI agent through Soundcheck's MCP

On Soundcheck's member MCP server (https://mcp.soundchecklive.io/mcp, sign-in required), an assistant acting as your account can read a gig's schedule with get_event_schedule and venue details with get_venue to answer "what time is crew call tomorrow?". Writes are confirmation-gated. Setup: MCP docs.

CheckAI, which can read call sheets and other files into reviewable proposals, is in Private Preview for existing beta testers only.

FAQ

Can crew get the call time on their phones?

Yes. Crew see the gig's schedule and run of show in the iOS and Android apps and get push notifications for gig changes.

Does the sheet update when the plan changes?

The gig is the source. Exports are snapshots, so export again after changes.

Is this for film or TV call sheets?

No. It's built for live events.
